The wins just keep on coming for the Kings and their players. On Tuesday, it was announced that De’Aaron Fox has been named the 2022-2023 Clutch Player of the Year.
The Kings are enjoying a 2-0 lead over the Warriors in the first round of the NBA Playoffs. Through two games, Fox has been the leader, clutch player, and most explosive asset on the floor. He is averaging 25.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 6.2 assists, and 1.3 steals per game.
For the regular season, Fox averaged 25.0 points, 6.1 assists, and 4.2 rebounds per game. He appeared in 73 games and averaged 33.4 minutes per game. The resurgence of the Kings is very much connected to and his leadership. He is in his sixth season with the Kings and has seen the entire rebuild now come to fruition.

Fox and the rest of the Kings have a chance to go up 3-0 on the Warriors on Thursday night.
