More from the NBA

  • UCLA guard/forward Johnny Juzang, Oral Roberts point guard Max Abrams and Duke guard DJ Steward were among the draft prospects who didn’t help their stock at the BA Combine last week, per Hollinger. Both Juzang and Abrams had excellent showings in the NCAA Tournament.
  • Meanwhile, Virginia Tech guard Nah’Shon “Bones” Hyland was among those who improved his stock, per Hollinger. Others on that list include Iowa guard/forward Joe Wieskamp, Auburn center/forward JT Thor, Texas center Jericho Sims and Gonzaga shooting guard Corey Kispert, already considered a potential lottery pick.
  • In case you missed it, the Cavs could potentially consider a sign-and-trade involving center Jarrett Allen in the event they select USC center/forward Evan Mobley with the No. 3 overall pick.
