Nigel Williams-Goss Signing With Real Madrid

Former NBA guard Nigel Williams-Goss has agreed to a two-year contract with Spanish club Real Madrid, according to Emiliano Carchia of Sportando.

Williams-Goss, 26, is 6-foot-2 and was originally selected by the Jazz in the second round (No. 55 overall) of the 2017 draft. He spent the past season with Lokomotiv Kuban of Russia.Nigel WilliamsGoss

Along with the Jazz and overseas, Williams-Goss has played in the G League with the Salt Lake City Stars. Overall, he has appeared in 10 games with Utah, averaging 1.4 points in 2019-20. He also made one playoff appearance that year.

Williams-Goss’ first played at Washington before transferring to Gonzaga for his final college season as a junior. He was named Serbian Cup MVP while playing for Partizan in 2018.

Chema de Lucas of Mi Baloncesto first reported that Williams-Goss and Real Madrid were closing in on a deal.
