Timberwolves Signing Eric Paschall To Contract

The Timberwolves and power forward Eric Paschall have agreed to a one-year contract, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.Eric Paschall

The deal was later reported to be a two-way contract, as we relayed here.

Paschall, 25, is 6-foot-6 and has played three NBA seasons, including last year with the Jazz. He was with the Warriors for two years before that.

In 2021-22, Paschall appeared in 58 games with Utah, averaging 5.8 points and shooting 49 percent from the field. He carries career averages of 9.8 points and 3.2 rebounds.

In Minnesota, he will be joining a frontcourt that includes the likes of Karl-Anthony Towns, Rudy Gobert, Kyle Anderson, Taurean Prince, Jaden McDaniels and Naz Reid.

It has not been determined what type of contract Paschall received, though it is likely similar to the one given to fellow free agent signee Austin Rivers, who landed a veteran’s minimum deal with a partial guarantee.
