The New York Knicks have officially signed Shake Milton. The NBA guard was traded by the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Detroit Pistons on February 8. Milton was then waived by the Pistons.

Milton is averaging 4.9 points, 1.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.4 steals and 0.1 blocks this season while shooting 40.3% from the field, 27.4% from beyond the arc and 80.9% from the free-throw line.
The Dallas Mavericks drafted Milton with the 54th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft out of SMU. The Owasso native has career averages of 8.7 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.5 steals and 0.2 blocks with the Sixers, Timberwolves and Pistons.
The Knicks are 36-25 on the season. They are in fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings.
