The Cavaliers have agreed to trade forward De’Andre Hunter to the Kings, sources tell Shams Charania of ESPN.
Cleveland will receive Dennis Schroder and Keon Ellis as part of the deal.
The trade expands to three teams, with the Bulls acquiring Kings forward Dario Saric along with two future second-round picks, per sources.
For the Cavs, the move represents a notable pivot. Hunter had drawn steady trade interest around the league, but Cleveland had been reluctant to move him unless it felt it was getting real value back.
Schroder gives the Cavs another experienced ball-handler and playoff-tested guard, while Ellis adds a younger, defense-first piece who has quietly built a strong reputation around the league.
From Sacramento’s perspective, Hunter fits the mold of the size-and-defense wing the Kings have been seeking, even amid broader roster uncertainty.
Hoops Wire will have more on the deal as the news becomes available.
