The Jazz are signing forward Paris Bass to a one-year contract, agent Daniel Hazan told Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
Bass, 26, is 6-foot-8 and went undrafted out of Detroit Mercy in 2017. He has spent the majority of his career playing internationally, though played for the South Bay Lakers of the G League last season.
He also signed a pair of 10-day hardship contracts with the Suns, appearing in two games and averaging 3.0 points.
His deal with the Jazz is likely an Exhibit 10 training camp deal — meaning he only counts toward the offseason roster limit of 20. Utah currently has 14 players under standard contract, as well as both of its two-way slots filled.
