Basketball Hall of Fame announces class of 2026

The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame has officially announced its Class of 2026.

Several previously reported names were confirmed, including Bucks head coach Doc Rivers, former Suns coach Mike D’Antoni, and former players Amar’e Stoudemire, Elena Delle Donne, and Candace Parker.

Also included on the men’s side are Gonzaga head coach Mark Few and longtime NBA referee Joey Crawford.

Few has led Gonzaga to at least 20 wins in every season of his tenure and was part of the 2024 Olympic gold medal-winning coaching staff. Crawford officiated 39 NBA seasons, including every Finals from 1986 through 2015.

Among the women’s inductees is Chamique Holdsclaw, a former No. 1 overall pick, six-time All-Star, and 2000 Olympic gold medalist. Holdsclaw also won three NCAA championships at Tennessee and earned two Naismith College Player of the Year awards.

The 1996 U.S. Women’s National Team will also be inducted. Coached by Tara VanDerveer, the team went 8-0 and won Olympic gold, helping pave the way for the launch of the WNBA later that year.
