The Cavs and Magic can speed things up.
If both teams win their Game 6 matchups tonight, Game 1 of the second round will be played Sunday in Cleveland.
If either loses, the timeline shifts. That side of the bracket — which includes the Raptors and Pistons — would not begin until Tuesday, with the location still to be determined.
Cleveland enters Game 6 with a 3-2 series lead on the road in Toronto. Orlando holds the same edge at home against Detroit.
So yes, there is something extra on the line tonight. Not just advancing. Timing matters too.
As far as the Cavs and Magic are concerned, a win tonight, along with the other team losing, would be ideal.
