ESPN’s Bobby Marks reported that the trade creates additional financial flexibility for Detroit.

LeVert is entering the final season of his contract and will earn just under $14.9 million in 2026-27. Prince and Harris each exercised their player options earlier this offseason and are both set to make approximately $3.8 million.

LeVert, 32, gives Milwaukee another experienced scorer and playmaker as the franchise continues reshaping its roster following the blockbuster trade that sent Giannis Antetokounmpo to the Heat.

Detroit, meanwhile, gains salary cap savings and a trade exception as it continues its own offseason maneuvering.

We’ll have more details as the news becomes available.
