Free agent guard Eric Bledsoe has signed with the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association, as we relayed here.
But Bledsoe was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic violence in California on Wednesday, per TMZ. It is not known if he is allowed to leave the country anytime soon, and the Sharks have not yet commented on the matter.
Bledsoe, 32, played with Clippers last season, averaging 9.9 points and 4.2 assists in 54 games. He was traded to the Trail Blazers in February but did not appear in a game.
Siva Headed to Australia
Free agent point guard Peyton Siva has signed with the Illawarra Hawks of the Austrian National Basketball League, per the RealGM transactions log.
Siva, 32, is 6-foot-0 and was selected by the Pistons with the No. 56 overall pick out of Louisville in the 2013 NBA Draft. He has also spent time in the G League, Greece and New Zealand.
