The Raptors brought back a familiar face Monday, signing forward Tyson Degenhart to an Exhibit 10 contract and waiving wing Andre Jackson Jr., as Blake Murphy of Sportsnet reported.
Degenhart spent last season with Raptors 905 after going undrafted out of Boise State. He averaged 8.5 points and shot nearly 39 percent from three in 50 G League games. Jackson, a former Bucks second-round pick, signed with Toronto in August but dealt with a hamstring injury during camp.
More moves from around the league:
- Magic: Orlando signed 6-foot-8 forward Mike Sharavjamts to an Exhibit 10 deal and is expected to waive him, per the Orlando Sentinel’s Jason Beede. That would position him to join the Osceola Magic in the G League. Sharavjamts went undrafted in June after finishing his college career at South Carolina.
- Jazz: Utah signed Taylor Funk, a 6-foot-8 forward who averaged 11.3 points with the G League’s San Diego Clippers last season. The Salt Lake City Stars acquired his G League rights in August.
- Kings: Sacramento waived camp invitees Sean East II and Viktor Lakhin on Sunday, according to NBA.com’s transaction log. Both could wind up with the Stockton Kings.
