What to watch for
For the Cavs, the assignment is to carry Friday’s ball movement and defensive effort into another matchup with an Eastern Conference contender.
Donovan Mitchell finished with 23 points, eight assists and seven rebounds against the Sixers, helping keep teammates involved despite a difficult night from beyond the arc. Evan Mobley added 22 points, while Mario Hezonja supplied 15 and Meleek Thomas scored 12.
The Knicks present another test of whether the Cavs can sustain that approach when the game gets uncomfortable.
