Free agent guard/forward Stanley Johnson has signed with the South Bay Lakers of the G League, according to the team and JD Shaw of Hoops Rumors.
Johnson, 25, is 6-foot-6 and appeared in 61 games with the Raptors last season, averaging 4.4 points and 2.5 rebounds.
He was originally drafted by the Pistons with the No. 8 overall pick in 2015 and has made a name for himself with strong perimeter defense.

Johnson signed a non-guaranteed deal with the Bulls for training camp, but was waived before the season. He has received interest from several NBA clubs since then, but has yet to find a deal.
“The emerging question mark for Johnson now is what will happen in the next steps of his NBA career,” wrote Andrew Miller of Fansided. “Johnson hasn’t found traction with any one team, and it feels like he’s starting to run out of chances.”
Johnson did appear in all four preseason games with the Bulls, averaging 3.3 points and 2.5 rebounds.
