Spurs center Jakob Poeltl has cleared health and safety protocols and is available to play for Thursday’s road game against the Timberwolves, the team announced.
He was off to a fine start to the season before being placed in the protocols more than two weeks ago (Nov. 3).
Poeltl, 26, is 7-foot-0 and has started in all seven appearances this season, compiling career-high averages of 13.9 points and 9.7 rebounds.
The Spurs (4-10) could definitely use him to try to get back on track. You can read more on San Antonio in our latest Spurs notebook right here.
