The 76ers-Pelicans scheduled for Sunday in Philadelphia is in doubt following more positive COVID tests, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Sixers center Andre Drummond and guard Shake Milton have entered protocols, Charania reported, joining power forward Georges Niang.
Along with those two, guard/forward Furkan Korkmaz (non-COVID illness) and three others are out. Also, center Joel Embiid and guards Tyrese Maxey and Danny Green are listed as questionable.
Tipoff for the game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. EST.
The NBA reportedly has a vaccination rate of 97 percent, but like the NFL and NHL, is experiencing a major outbreak of positive tests and players entering protocol. The Associated Press reported Thursday evening that about 8 percent of NBA players were in protocol.
