The Clippers have signed power forward Moses Wright to a 10-day contract, according to the NBA’s transactions log, via Hoops Rumors.
Wright, 22, is 6-foot-9 and went undrafted out of Georgia Tech. He has played for the Agua Caliente Clippers of the G this season, averaging 13.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in 13 games. He was the 2021 ACC Player of the Year.
Given that Wright’s contract is a 10-day deal, he was signed via the hardship exception.
“An undrafted rookie, Wright spent all four years of his college career at Georgia Tech and had a huge season as a senior in 2020/21, averaging 17.4 PPG, 8.0 RPG, 2.3 APG, 1.6 BPG, and 1.5 SPG with a .532/.414/.658 shooting line in 25 games (35.3 MPG),” wrote Luke Adams of Hoops Rumors.
As of Tuesday afternoon, forward Marcus Morris was the lone Clippers player in the health and safety protocol.
