Former Cavaliers center Tacko Fall has rejoined the Cleveland Charge of the G League, the team announced in a press release.
Fall, 26, is 7-foot-5 and signed a two-way deal before the season, appearing in 11 games with the Cavs before being waived Jan. 9.
He appeared in one regular-season game with the Charge, grabbing 10 rebounds and blocking five shots in 23 minutes. He also played four games at the G League Showcase Cup, really making a difference with averages of 23.3 points on .731 shooting with 13.3 boards and 3.0 swats.
Fall was a fan favorite in Cleveland, both with the Cavs and the Charge, and his return will most definitely be welcomed who care about pro basketball in the city.
To make room for Fall, the Charge waived power forward Montell McRae, who appeared in nine games.
Before signing with the Cavs, Fall appeared in 26 games with the Celtics over two seasons.
