The Knicks are making center Nerlens Noel, guard/forwards Alec Burks and Evan Fournier and point guard Kemba Walker available ahead of the Feb. 10 trade deadline, per Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report.
This follows a similar report we relayed earlier this week on Hoops Wire right here. Fischer, however, added Noel to the list we wrote about, via Peter Botte of the New York Post.
In trading a player from the regular rotation, the Knicks could theoretically open up more playing time for new acquisition Cam Reddish.
“New York is looking to free playing time for Reddish in Tom Thibodeau‘s rotation after acquiring the Duke product from Atlanta for a first-round pick,” Fischer wrote.
Walker is expected to be a primary target of rival teams, as he came back strong after being benched for nine games earlier in the season. He has been solid since.
It is believed Burks could also be had for relatively cheap, particularly with the emergence of rookie guard Quentin Grimes.
