One of the best players in the NBA, Irving has appeared in 30 games this season. He’s averaging 24.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.4 blocks for the Mavericks while shooting 49.0% from the field, 44.1% from beyond the arc and 89.9% from the free-throw line.
The Mavericks are 20-15 on the season. They are tied for fifth place in the Western Conference with the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers.
Dallas will now be without Irving and Luka Doncic for a while. Doncic will be re-evaluated in one month after sustaining a left calf strain.
