Former G League guard/forward V.J. King has agreed to a contract with Contern of Luxembourg, as relayed by Eurobasket News.
King, 25, is 6-foot-6 and went undrafted out of Louisville by the NBA in 2019. He began this season with the Westchester Knicks of the G League. But Westchester waived him on Feb. 1.
A former McDonald’s All-American, King spent three seasons at Louisville. His high school career began at Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary, which also produced Lakers star LeBron James.
King, a native of Cleveland, has also spent time with USA Basketball.
