Add Avery Bradley to the list of reported veteran guards who will work out for the Warriors, according to Marc J. Spears of ESPN.
Bradley is among those being eyed by Golden State for the 15th roster spot, and Spears confirmed earlier reports that Isaiah Thomas and Quinn Cook are also in the mix.
Bradley, 30, is 6-foot-3 and appeared in 27 total games with the Rockets and Heat last season. He played for the Lakers in 2019-20 prior to opting out of the season ahead of the Orlando bubble (and LA’s title run).
During that season, Bradley averaged 8.6 points and 2.3 rebounds, and continued to offer strong perimeter defense while playing both guard positions.
Along with Bradley, Cook and Thomas, the Warriors have reportedly worked out veteran point guards Darren Collison and Ryan Arcidiacono in recent weeks. Gary Payton II is another veteran point guard vying for a roster spot, as he has already signed a non-guaranteed deal.
Golden State is set to tip off training camp at the end of the month.
