According to NBA insider Shams Charania of ESPN, Milwaukee Bucks point guard Damian Lillard has been diagnosed with a torn left achilles tendon.
The injury happened on Sunday in Game 4 of the Bucks-Indiana Pacers series.

Lillard could miss a chunk of next season. The All-Star guard recently recovered from a blood clot in his calf.
One of the best point guards in NBA history, Lillard appeared in 58 games for the Bucks this season. He averaged 24.9 points, 4.7 rebounds and 7.1 assists.
Lillard will make $54,126,380 next season. He has a player option worth $58,456,490 for the 2026-27 season.
Lillard has played for the Portland Trail Blazers and Bucks. He has career averages of 25.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and 6.7 assists. The Oakland native has made nine All-Star teams and seven All-NBA teams. He won the 2012-13 Rookie of the Year Award.
