The Bucks defeated the Timberwolves by a final score of 112-107. Milwaukee improved to 36-21 on the season, while Minnesota dropped to 39-17.

Beverley finished with four points, three rebounds, three assists and one block against his former team while shooting 2-of-3 from the field in 15 minutes. The Bucks are now 3-2 with Beverley in the lineup.

The Philadelphia 76ers traded Beverley to the Bucks for Cameron Payne and a 2027 second-round pick on February 8. Beverley, one of the top defenders in the NBA, is averaging 3.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.2 blocks with Milwaukee.

Beverley helped the Timberwolves reach the 2022 playoffs. Minnesota won 46 games in 2021-22 and faced the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round of the 2022 postseason. The Grizzlies beat the Timberwolves in six games.

Minnesota traded Beverley to the Utah Jazz in the summer of 2022. The Jazz then traded Beverley to the Los Angeles Lakers.

A three-time All-Defensive team member, Beverley played 45 games with the Lakers before getting traded to the Orlando Magic. The Magic waived Beverley, who signed with his hometown Chicago Bulls for the rest of the 2022-23 season.

Beverley has career averages of 8.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.5 blocks with the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers, Timberwolves, Lakers, Bulls, Sixers and Bucks.
