The Chicago Bulls are signing guard/forward Javonte Green to a 10-day contract, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Green, 30, is 6-foot-4 and this will be his latest stint with the Bulls, having spent time with the organization off and on from 2020-23. He has been playing this season for the Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State’s minor-league affiliate.
Last season, Green appeared in 32 games with Chicago, averaging 5.2 points and 2.8 rebounds, shooting 56 percent from the field and 32 percent on 3-pointers.
He signed a training camp deal with the Warriors in October, only to be waived a few days later. In 10 games with Santa Cruz, he’s compiled averages of 12.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals.
Green has appeared in 186 NBA games total with the Bulls and Boston Celtics.
Chicago (34-36) entered Friday in ninth place in the Eastern Conference standings and appears to be headed for another run in the play-in tournament.
