Yes, the Cavaliers have made yet another deal.

This one was a small three-team trade on Wednesday, sending failed-experiment Lonzo Ball and two second-round picks to the , according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.

As part of the same trade, Utah is sending Jock Landale to the Hawks for cash considerations.

From Cleveland’s side, this is straightforward roster and asset management.

The Cavs move Ball’s contract and a pair of future seconds without touching the rotation or the core, maintaining flexibility as the season heads toward the stretch run. It also moves them $10 million closer to getting under the second tax apron.

Utah is making the move strictly for the draft capital and is expected to waive Ball once the trade is finalized, per Charania.

Nothing flashy here. Just deadline housekeeping, with the Cavs keeping their focus where it’s been all along.
