The Nuggets are sending guard Bones Hyland to the Clippers in exchange for two second-round draft picks, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Hyland had been available some time after reported friction with the front office, and perhaps coaching staff.
The Clippers, meanwhile, are believed to be cutting ties with veteran point guard John Wall and have been seeking help in the backcourt.
The Nuggets will receive the Clippers’ 2024 and 2025 second-rounders, Wojnarowski added.
Hyland, 22, is averaging 12.1 points and 3.0 assists, shooting 40 percent from the field and 38 percent on 3-pointers in 42 appearances. He was selected with the No. 26 overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft.
He had also been linked to the Timberwolves, Raptors, Bulls and several others.
