Kings point guard and leading scorer De’Aaron Fox is among the many players to enter health and safety protocols, according top Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Fox, of course, was just the latest to enter the protocol in Sacramento, which cancelled practice and closed its facility Thursday because of COVID concerns. Interim coach Alvin Gentry, forward/center Marvin Bagley III and guard Terence Davis all entered the protocol on Wednesday.
“There’s some concern that the team’s game vs. Memphis on Friday could be in jeopardy,” relayed Dana Gauruder of Hoops Rumors.
Fox was having a great week, scoring 29 points against the Raptors on Monday, and 28 against the Wizards on Wednesday, when the Kings snapped a three-game losing streak.
