Former USC Guard Julian Jacobs Lands New Deal

Former USC and G League point guard Julian Jacobs has agreed to a contract with Iranian club Sanaye Poshtiban, as relayed by Eurobasket.Julian Jacobs

Jacobs, 27, is 6-foot-4 and went undrafted by the NBA in 2016, before signing with the Lakers. He appeared in two preseason games as a rookie but was waived before the season. 

He then joined the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the G League as an affiliate player. After that, he was selected by the Agua Caliente Clippers in the G League expansion draft. He spent part of 2017 playing for the G League’s Delaware 87ers, joining the Woodville Warriors of Australia in 2021.

He has also spent some time with the Pacers in the NBA summer league.
