The Fort Wayne Mad Ants have signed forward Troy Baxter Jr. to replace the loss of Justin Anderson, as relayed by Scott Agnes of FieldHouse Files.
Baxter, 26, is 6-foot-9 and has spent his entire pro career in the G League after going undrafted in 2021. He has spent time with the Windy City Bulls, Wisconsin Herd and Windy City Bulls. Windy City waived him on March 3.
Baxter played college basketball at UNLV, Florida Gulf Coast and Morgan State. He cafrries G League averages of 5.0 points and 2.3 rebounds.
Anderson was signed to a 10-day deal by the Pacers after spending much of his season with the Mad Ants.
Mad Ants have added Troy Baxter Jr. to the roster to replace Justin Anderson, who the Pacers signed to a 10-day contract.
Their roster situation has been influx with Jackson, Washington Jr., Taylor, Sykes, etc. needed almost exclusively by the Pacers.
