The Grizzlies announced medical updates for Ja Morant, Brandon Clarke, and Zach Edey on Tuesday, confirming all three have been ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Morant has been sidelined since January 21 with a sprained ulnar collateral ligament in his left elbow. The team said it was recommended that he receive a platelet-rich plasma injection to aid recovery.

Clarke, who has appeared in just two games this year while working back from a right calf strain, will need additional time before returning to “high-intensity court work,” according to the team’s update.

Edey has not played since early December and had already been expected to miss the rest of the season following ankle surgery. The Grizzlies added that he also underwent a procedure on his left elbow to address discomfort.

All three players are expected to make full recoveries ahead of the 2026-27 season.
