The Grizzlies have released guard Kris Dunn, the team revealed in announcing its opening day roster.
Dunn, 27, is 6-3 and injuries limited him to four games with the Hawks last season. He was traded from the Hawks to the Celtics, then to the Grizzlies, during the offseason.
As Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN notes, the move means guards Sam Merrill and Jarrett Culver have made the opening night roster.
Memphis also announced that it cut guards David Stockton and Matthew Hurt.
