Halftime dribbles on Game 4 between the Cavaliers and host Pacers …
1. This has been an absolute basketball massacre, and the Cavs have found themselves on the wrong end. They trail 80-39 at halftime and only have themselves to blame.
2. The Cavs have been on their heels all night, looking unsure of what they want to do offensively. They have been horrible because of it. But wait. It gets worse. And I’m talking about the defense.
3. Basically, the Pacers came out way more active and played with way more force. They are doing anything they want. The Cavs don’t even look like they know what they want. And once they figure it out, it’s too late.
4. Along with all that, the shot quality is suspect. Cleveland is not getting any good looks, and a big part of that is because they’re either not moving the ball — or just committing turnovers. They have had nothing, zero, working all night.
5. For a game that you really need, this is inexcusable and unacceptable.
6. That said, I thought the Cavs could use a Cavalanche to get back in this. But now, I’ve accepted that this one is in the books. They’ll now have to win three straight … or it’s season over.

They’ve had these lapses ever since the all star break, & it has bothered me immensely.
Lacksidasical play with shots not close to going down, usually coming out with a squeaky win. It’s not happening with this team. with right now 12 assists to 33 (starting 4th qtr)
The ball has not moved for the shots. Game killer.
And Coaching,– starting 2nd qtr, already behind 15 points, waiting 2 1/2 minutes before calling time out! until pacers go on a
10, yes A TEN POINT RUN. ! ! ! ?”????????????///?//???/???/??? with 15 point difference,,
just how do you stay in a ballgame with letting them go off on another 10 points without calling a Time out ? The 15 pt lead should have awakened this team!,,, The Coach should have awakened the team, OR someone should have awakened the sleeping Coach!
