The Jazz have officially acquired forward Eric Paschall from the Warriors, the teams announced.
In exchange for Paschall, Golden State will receive a second-round pick. Per Anthony Slater of The Athletic, that pick will be the Grizzlies’ 2026 second-rounder.
Paschall, 24, is 6-foot-6 and averaged 9.5 points and 3.2 rebounds in 40 games last season. The Warriors initially selected him in the second round (No. 41 overall) of the 2019 NBA Draft.
He joins a Jazz forward spot that includes the likes of Royce O’Neale, Joe Ingles, Bojan Bogdanovic and newcomer Rudy Gay.
“Paschall will get a chance for a fresh start in Utah, providing frontcourt depth and playing alongside his close friend Donovan Mitchell,” wrote Luke Adams of Hoops Rumors. “The two players grew up together in Westchester County, New York.”
