The Jazz intend to sign former Rockets first-round pick Josh Christopher to a two-way contract, per Shams Charania and Tony Jones of The Athletic.
Utah has a two-way slot available after releasing Joey Hauser, as we relayed here.
Christopher, 21, is a 6-foot-5 shooting guard and was selected by Houston with the No. 24 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. He appeared in 138 games over his first two seasons, including 64 last year, when he averaged 5.8 points on 46 percent shooting.
Christopher was part of a five-team trade that involved Dillon Brooks and the Grizzlies, sending Christopher to Memphis. He was waived by the Grizzlies on Sept. 30.
