The Jazz have waived point guard Isaiah Miller, per the NBA transactions log.
Miller, 25, is 6-foot-0 and went undrafted in 2021 before signing on with the Iowa Wolves of the G League. He joined Utah’s Summer League squad in July, and then signed a training camp deal with the Trail Blazers.
He spent last season with the Salt Lake City Stars, the Jazz’s affiliate, and that’s likely where he’s headed once again.
Should Miller join the Stars and remain with the team for at least 60 days, he’ll be eligible for a bonus of up to $75,000.
Considered one of the best players in UNC Greensboro history, Miller was named unanimous SoCon Player and Defensive Player of the Year for the 2020-21season.
