The Kings have officially converted the contract of Jordan Ford from an Exhibit 10 contract to a two-way deal, per the NBA transactions log.
Sacramento just announced earlier this week that Ford had been signed to a contract for camp, before deciding to give him the last open two-way slot.
Ford, 25, is 6-foot-1 and was on the Kings’ camp roster last year, but was waived before the regular season. He started all 32 games in which he played for the Stockton Kings of the G League, averaging 14.7 points and 4.6 assists.
Ford then appeared in six games for the Kings in the NBA Summer League, averaging 14.2 points and 5.0 assists.
Ford joins shooting guard Keon Ellis and small forward Jalen Slawson as the Kings’ two-way players.
