The Knicks have signed shooting guard Tyler Hall to a training camp, as relayed by RealGM.
Hall is 6-foot-5 and went undrafted out of Montana State. He has spent each of the past two seasons with the G League’s Westchester Knicks, and the recent signing indicates he is likely headed back there this season.
Hall, 24, also played for the Knicks in summer league. He averaged 10.1 points and shot 45 percent on 3-pointers last season.
“Hall likely won’t be in consideration for a spot on the Knicks’ regular season roster,” noted Luke Adams of Hoops Rumors. “However, if his non-guaranteed contract includes Exhibit 10 language, he could receive a bonus worth up to $50K if he returns to Westchester this season and spends at least 60 days with the G League club.”
