It’s no secret that the Knicks are looking to move forward Cam Reddish, and it appears they have had some talks with the Bucks about the idea.
And some of those talks have involved shooting guard Grayson Allen, per Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
Of course, the Bucks’ trade conversations aren’t limited to Reddish and the Knicks. Widely circulating reports have also suggested they are pursuing Suns small forward Jae Crowder and Rockets guard Eric Gordon.
Scotto suggested that Allen is more likely to be moved in a deal involving Crowder or Gordon than he would be one for Reddish.
“However, the Bucks and Knicks have also discussed other concepts involving Reddish going to Milwaukee that wouldn’t involve Allen, so a trade between the two teams could still happen,” Scotto wrote.
As for the Knicks, it’s no secret that they, like most teams, would like to add some perimeter shooting. That is where a player such as Allen would come in. He is averaging 10.7 points and shooting 41 percent on threes (as well as 45 percent overall).
