The Magic have signed shooting guard Trevelin Queen and point guard Brandon Williams, president of basketball operations Jeff Weltman announced in a press release.
While Orlando didn’t offer details, each player received an Exhibit 10 training camp contract, per Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel.
Queen, 26, is 6-foot-6 and appeared in seven games with the Pacers last season, as well as 10 the year before that with the Rockets as a rookie. His best work has come in the G League, with Queen averaging 22.6 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 24 games with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants last season.
Williams, 23, is 6-2 and spent all of last season in the G League, appearing in a combined 40 games with the Westchester Knicks and College Park SkyHawks. For the year, he averaged 20.7 points, 6.0 assists and 4.0 rebounds.
Williams had a nice run in 24 games for the Trail Blazers in 2020-21, compiling averages of 12.9 points and 3.9 assists.
An Exhibit 10 contract counts toward the training camp roster of 21, but not the regular-season roster unless the player is signed to a standard deal.
