The first Hoops Wire NBA Mock Draft of 2023 is coming out about two months before the lottery and the Victor Wembanyama sweepstakes is actually revealed. So, as usual, we just compiled it by listing teams in order of current record.
But this much we know — whoever has the first pick will take Wembanyama. He is viewed as the surest “can’t-miss” prospect since LeBron James went to the Cavaliers in 2003.
