
Celtics
The Celtics re-signed guard John Tonje to a two-way contract after his 10-day deal expired, the team announced.
Tonje, acquired from the Jazz at the trade deadline, had been converted to a 10-day contract as Boston maneuvered to remain below the luxury tax.
The 53rd overall pick in 2025 has logged limited minutes in two NBA appearances but has produced in the G League.
Boston also saw guard Dalano Banton hit free agency after his 10-day contract expired.
Timberwolves
The Timberwolves intend to sign guard Zyon Pullin to a two-way deal, per HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto.
Pullin has averaged 23.8 points and 5.8 assists in 14 games with Iowa in the G League. He previously spent time on two-way contracts with Miami and Memphis and was in Minnesota’s training camp on an Exhibit 10 deal.
The move fills the opening created when Minnesota waived Jules Bernard.
Mavericks
Free agent wing John Poulakidas is signing a two-way contract with the Mavericks, according to The Stein Line’s Jake Fischer.
Undrafted in 2025 out of Yale, Poulakidas has shot 47.3 percent from three during the G League regular season with San Diego.
Dallas is expected to have a two-way opening once it finalizes Ryan Nembhard’s promotion to a standard contract.
