The NBA on Friday released the full schedule for the 2025 Las Vegas Summer League, set to run from July 10–20. All 76 games will be televised on ESPN platforms or NBA TV, the league announced.
The action tips off July 10 at 3:30 p.m. ET when the Pelicans face the Timberwolves. New Orleans will showcase lottery picks Jeremiah Fears and Derik Queen, while Minnesota counters with French center Joan Beringer.
But the main event comes later that night.
Top overall pick Cooper Flagg will make his NBA debut when the Mavericks face the Lakers at 8 p.m. ET. According to The Stein Line’s Marc Stein, Flagg is expected to play in Dallas’ first two games, including a marquee matchup with No. 2 pick Dylan Harper and the Spurs on July 12 at 4 p.m. ET.
“I want to put him at point guard,” Mavericks coach Jason Kidd said. “I’m excited to give him the ball against the Lakers and see what happens.”
All 30 teams will participate in the annual event, which has grown into the league’s flagship summer showcase — not just for rising prospects, but also for executives, agents and decision-makers conducting business behind the scenes.
Each team will play four games before the top four advance to the semifinals. The remaining teams will get one additional contest. ESPN will air the semifinal doubleheader at 4 and 6 p.m. ET on July 19, with the championship game scheduled for 10 p.m. ET on July 20.
