The NBA has informed teams that the salary cap for next season is expected to see a slight increase from this year, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Those slightly higher projections 2022-23 salary cap come in at about $122 million per team and $149 million for the luxury tax.
“The most recent previous update in February had a salary cap of $147 million and luxury tax of $147 million,” RealGM wrote. “Those estimates were each $2 million higher than previous estimates.”
This season’s salary cap is $112.414 million, per multiple reports.
