Giannis Antetokounmpo has not asked out. The Bucks have not opened the door. But hey, that won’t keep the internet from having some fun.

And now, a three-team blockbuster proposal making the rounds would send Antetokounmpo to the Heat, with the Warriors also involved. The idea comes from Bleacher Report’s Zach Buckley and reads like one of those trades that is equal parts ambitious and plain old fan-friendly.

Heat get:
Giannis Antetokounmpo
Buddy Hield
Trayce Jackson-Davis

Bucks get:
Tyler Herro
Jonathan Kuminga
Kel’el Ware
Warriors’ 2026 first-round pick (lottery protected)
Heat’s 2029 first-round pick swap
Heat’s 2030 first-round pick
Heat’s 2031 first-round pick swap
Heat’s 2032 first-round pick

Warriors get:
Andrew Wiggins
Dru Smith

From Miami’s perspective, the pitch is simple. Pair Giannis with Bam Adebayo, who shares the same agent, Alex Saratsis of Octagon, and worry about the rest later. The Heat have long been aggressive when superstars become available, and reports have indicated Antetokounmpo would have interest in Miami if he ever requested a trade.

For Milwaukee, the return is volume. Picks, young talent, flexibility. It is the kind of haul teams talk themselves into only when the alternative is starting over anyway.

Golden State’s role is mostly financial gymnastics, turning bodies and contracts into a seat at the table.

Antetokounmpo, of course, remains elite. He is averaging 28.9 points, 10.1 rebounds and 6.1 assists while shooting better than 63 percent, even as he currently deals with a calf strain. He is under contract, has no no-trade clause, and still defines a franchise.

If he ever formally asks out, proposals like this will not slow down. They will multiply.
