Free agent point guard Pierre Jackson has agreed to a contract with the Xinjiang Flying Tigers of China for 2022-23, agents agents Charles Misuraca and Harrison Gaines told Emiliano Carchia of Sportando.
Jackson, 30, is 5-foot-10 and has appeared in eight NBA games, all with the Mavericks during the 2016-17 season.
He has also spent time in training camp with the 76ers, and was part of a 2013 trade (along with Jrue Holiday) to the Pelicans in a deal centered on Nerlens Noel.
Jackson has previously played in China, as well as Turkey, Croatia and the G League. He was selected in the second round (No. 42 overall) of the 2013 NBA Draft out of Baylor.
