CLEVELAND — Somehow, someway, the Cavaliers have held down the No. 6 spot in the Eastern Conference, and still have a decent shot at fifth.

Remember, these are the Cavs were are talking about, the same team we all predicted to maybe make the play-in game … but only if everything went really well. Of course, that was before the season, and things have gone quite differently, and in a good way.
