The Raptors are signing forward Josh Hall to an Exhibit 10 contract, according to JD Shaw of Hoops Rumors.
Hall, 20, is 6-foot-9 and went undrafted out of Moravian (N.C.) Prep in 2020. He then signed a two-way deal with the Thunder in December.
He appeared in 21 games with OKC last season, averaging 4.1 and 2.8 rebounds. He also spent one game with the OKC Blue of the G League.
Hall was waived by the Thunder last month. For the Raptors, the move follows the team’s decision to waive power forward Reggie Perry and center Freddie Gillespie.
