The Raptors are signing undrafted Rutgers guard/forward Ron Harper Jr. to a two-way contract, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Harper, 22, is 6-foot-6 and spent four seasons at Rutgers, averaging 15.8 points and 5.9 rebounds as a senior in 2021-22. He is the son of former NBA guard Ron Harper, who spent time with the Cavaliers, Bulls and Lakers.
An Exhibit 10 contract is a contract that counts toward the offseason roster limit of 20, but does not count toward the salary cap unless the player makes the team.
All NBA contracts can be finalized once the new league year begins next week. The Las Vegas summer league tips off July 7.
