Report: Timberwolves open to moving Julius Randle

There’s a growing sense around the league that the Timberwolves might be willing to sell high on Julius Randle if the right deal comes along, per Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.

Minnesota has been poking around the point guard market, checking in on Ja Morant and keeping long-term tabs on Cavaliers guard Darius Garland.

The challenge is draft capital. The Wolves are light on tradable first-round picks, which complicates any real swing.

Still, Randle’s name keeps surfacing, and executives believe Minnesota will listen as they look for a lead guard who fits next to Anthony Edwards.

Randle is averaging big numbers again. The question is whether he’s part of the Wolves’ long-term build or their path to something bigger.
